Table Plan
Please sit at your allocated seats for the meal, otherwise you might get someone else's food! You should have receved an email with what food you picked and it should be printed on your place card.

Times
12:00
Arrive. Dale will be waiting at the venue to greet everyone, with enough time to grab a quick drink in either the Parlour Bar or Courtyard.
12:30
Ceremony. Everyone will be herded into the Banquet Hall for the ceremony.
13:00
Drinks. We'll meet back in the courtyard for drinks and nibbles.
14:30
Speeches. Everyone moves back to the Banquet Hall for a quick round of speeches.
15:00
Wedding Breakfast. Some tasty morsels to be enjoyed by all. Meal options to follow.
17:30
Depart. We will then move to Pleased To Meet You to meet our evening guests and get dancing.
We plan on walking, so feel free to join our wedding conga line, or book yourself a taxi.
Evening Venue
The evening is at 'Viceroy', this is downstairs at at Pleased To Meet You.
We are planning on walking there together, but if you prefer please book a taxi to depart at 17:45.
Evening Plans
18:00
Arrive. The newlyweds will arrive, along with the day guests, after a (hopefully sunny and dry) walk across Newcastle.
19:00
Food. A grand banquet will be revealed by the PTMY staff.
20:00
Cake & First Dance. The grand cake cutting and the highly anticipated first dance.
21:00
Hit the floor. Dancing for the rest of the evening until...
01:00
Karaoke. Anyone still going strong will be invited to join the wedding karaoke event (probably Cosy Joes, tbc)
03:00
Powerhouse. Will anyone get there? Who knows.

The most important thing to us is that you're able to come along and celebrate the day with us - just being there is enough!
